    Logistic

    Go to 'logistics'. Here you see two green buttons. Add CU and add TU as the smallest unit (CU = TU). If your TU is your smallest unit, click the green button at the top: CU = TU. Otherwise, click on Add CU.
    Go to 'logistics'. The line of your Consumer Unit says + TU, + pallet, to case. Click on +TU to create an outer packaging (TU) for the CU.
    Go to 'logistics'. In the second column you can see the different packaging types. Click on 'to TU' behind the CU packaging line (last column).

    Change Status

    For changes at specification level (ingredients, allergens, etc.) the product must have the status: ‘edit’. During editing, your product remains visible as the last published version in the Foodbook. The changed product information is only visible to your customers when the product is published again.
    To do this, use the field: ‘date’. You can enter a ‘valid till’ date here. After this date the product will be invisible in the Foodbook. You can also set the ‘valid from’ date far into the future (several years). In that case the product will remain invisible until that date and the data cannot be retrieved or seen by your customers.

    Ingredients/Allergens

    Yes, all entry fields must be translated by the producer. Standard fields and tables have been translated by us. You can also have your translations filled out by us all at once. Please contact your relationship manager for this.
    You can use this, you can also choose to place the declaration directly in the product. For Sligro Private Label brands, the ingredients must be entered via the master data and country of origin must be entered.
    The ingredients that must be displayed in a different format, you put between braces. {} For the brand (master data) you determine whether the allergens are displayed in bold, underlined, capital letters or italics.
    At 'ingredients', the declaration can be copied and pasted under 'declaration'. Do place the braces if an ingredient must be displayed in a different format.

    Nutrients

    First click on 'change' and check under 'status' whether your product is on mutation.

    Brands

    You only create a brand if you are a brand owner yourself. Go to 'master data' and click on 'brands'. Click on 'add' here. You can select private labels from wholesalers and buyers directly when creating a product. If 1 is missing, let us know.
    If you have selected a wrong brand, you can change the brand at basic info.
    In the main menu, go to 'master data' and click on 'brands'. Then choose the brand you want to change. You can change your logo at the bottom of the brand page.
    Via "master data", click on "brands". Select the brand, click the tick: publicly visible.
    Via "master data", click on "brands". Click on the 3 dots in the column name. Go to 'columns', check the 'ID' box.

    Origin

    Yes, this is possible through an excel that can only be created by your account manager. Contact your account manager for this export.

    Multimedia

    You can upload multiple packshots, Then you can put 1 photo as a favorite, it will then be shown in the product overview on the Foodbook or Digital Catalog.
    Yes, this is possible by selecting the asterisk next to 1 product in the photos.
    Packshots can be imported. Send the photos to your relationship manager via WeTransfer. The file name must start with the EAN of the CU. The article number is also possible, it must then be exactly the same as the article number in PS.
